How should I package my hats?
Use a sturdy box to protect your hats. Amazon boxes, USPS boxes, or recycled boxes work perfectly as long as they’re clean and rigid.
What box size should I use?
- 1 Hat — 8” x 8” x 6”
- 3 Hats — 10” x 10” x 6”
- 5 Hats — 12” x 10” x 8”
How do I get my shipping label?
Once you place your order, we’ll email your prepaid UPS label customized to your box size. Simply print it and attach it to your box.
Where do I drop off my package?
Drop your box at any UPS location or UPS drop box.
Is shipping insured?
All prepaid labels include UPS tracking. If you want additional protection, you may purchase extra insurance at UPS when you drop off your box.
Who is responsible if my package is lost or damaged?
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit. You are responsible for packaging your hats properly and may purchase insurance for peace of mind.
Will you notify me if there’s a problem with my hats?
Yes. We inspect all hats upon arrival. If we discover any major damage that could affect cleaning, we will reach out before starting.
Do I need to include anything else inside the box?
No. Simply place your hats inside the box. Remove any accessories, inserts, pins, or cardboard shapers before packing.
