How do I ship my hats?

After checkout, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Just package your hats in a sturdy box, apply the label, and drop it off at any USPS location or dropbox. Full packing instructions are included with your order.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your hats, the cleaning process typically takes 3–5 business days. We’ll ship your hats back right away after cleaning, and return shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.

Can you clean old or damaged hats?

We do our best to clean hats of all ages, but results can vary based on the condition. If a hat is heavily worn, faded, or structurally damaged, some stains or issues may not fully come out. We’ll inspect your hats when they arrive and contact you if we notice anything that may impact the cleaning.

Do you clean non-golf hats?

Yes! While we specialize in golf hats, we can clean many types of casual hats including running hats, ball caps, snapbacks, and fitted caps. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What types of hats do you clean?

We clean structured and unstructured caps, performance hats, flexfit, snapbacks, fitted hats, dad hats, and most standard brimmed hats. At this time, we do not clean wool hats, felt hats, or wide-brim hats.
